Small utility for MSDOS to count the total number of characters in a text.
Ccpl is a small office utility, totally free and which doesn't even require installation, which runs under the MS DOS environment (or command line under Windows).
Ccpl functions as a parameter to pass over a text file and quickly provide you with the total number of characters, words and lines contained in that text file. Being such a small and lightweight program, it hardly consumes system resources. To access it from your Windows MSDOS just put cmd in the Run line, and from that moment, you can already run Ccpl.
